I suggest that you read what is available for free and then buy the book. The information clearly illustrates what has happened to our government and the fix can easily be deduced from the information provided.
“In Federalist Paper number 57, Madison and Hamilton wrote that the most important barriers to the elevation of traitors to the public liberty were frequent elections and a “limitations of the term of appointments.” If the special interests have, however, a united national culture of values, and if the elites can control the election apparatus in each district, with no fear of term limits, it does not matter from which district the elite is elected. Once the elected representative arrives in Washington, D.C., the national values of the special interests are all the same.”
The Framers provided firm “limitations of the term of appointments” in Article I,
Section 2. “The House of Representatives shall be composed of Members chosen every second Year by the People of the several States, and the Electors in each State shall have the Qualifications requisite for Electors of the most numerous Branch of the State Legislature. “ …..
Section 3. “The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, chosen by the Legislature thereof, for six Years; and each Senator shall have one Vote. “ ….
The highlighted text links to the XVII Amendment which changed the wording to “chosen by the people”.
The term of a “male” President is also limited to one only by Article II.
Section1. “The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his Office during the Term of four Years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same Term, be elected, as follows ….”
Note: “He shall hold his office for “the” term of four years” “He shall hold his” clearly shows that only a man can hold the office of President. If the Framers meant for either a man or woman to hold the office of President they would have worded that accordingly such as: The President shall hold his office.
The XXII Amendment appears to extend the number of terms a President can serve from on to two. That amendment is a scam (in my view) because it proposes to change a part of the Constitution without referencing what it changes. It bluntly says that from ratification on a President can serve no more than two terms.
This produces a conflict that must be resolved because Article II., Sections 1. has not been changed to agree with the XXII Amendment, which does not mention the Article and Section. Thus, Article II. Section 1. still limits the number of terms a President can serve to “the” term of four years.
Basically, if we the people do not take charge NOW and see too it that necessary changes are made concerning the holding of “public servants” to their Oaths of Office in which they swear to God, and to everyone, that they will do their utmost to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies, both foreign and domestic, we will all suffer the agonies of tyranny, as slaves to the elites who are dictating how our country is run from behind the scenes at this very moment. They are within think tanks such as those created by David Rockefeller (member of an elite, powerful family. Another such family that has been influencing World events for decades is Rothschild,) the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the Trilateral Commission, and the Bilderberg Group. There are several others.
Members of these nefarious organizations have held high office in every president’s administration starting with Jimmy Carter, who helped David Rockefeller and Zibigniew Brzezinski position members of the Trilateral Commission in high offices from which they could slowly influence changes in our government that would erode the people’s influence over government and begin the minimization of the Constitution.
These changes must be affected slowly over a long period of time so that the people will not realize what is happening and resort to the protection provided in the Second Amendment for putting an end to attempts at tyranny by our government.
They have been quite successful to date. Take a look at the quality of public education today vice what it was before Carter took office. Public education is in a shambles with students being moved through the system no matter what. Most cannot read, write, speak, understand, or want to know what is going on and how our government is supposed to be working. Political correctness has been instituted to prevent anyone from speaking his mind for fear that someone’s feelings may be hurt. The only answer to that is everyone must understand that we each have the right to speak our opinions openly dispite the fact that some, who have the same right, may not like those opinions. “Tough” is the proper response.
Please join me, and have everyone that you know join you in preserving the Constitution as it was written and has been legally amended.
WE MUST INSURE THAT NO-ONE IS EVER REELECTED AGAIN. The reason is shown in the quoted paragraph above.
God Bless America, the home of the free and the land of the brave!
