Under Obama’s Watch Look What Happened to School Children

We can realize the biggest gains on saving America on all levels by upholding the Constitution and protecting it ALWAYS! The Constitution is the foundation upon which our country sets. It is not a book of suggestions on how the country should be managed, it is concrete rules for doing so accepted through ratification by the member states. No-one has the power to change anything in any way concerning the Constitution and its included Bill of Rights. Not a President, not Congress, not the Supreme Court or any other entity no matter how esteemed it may consider itself.

Article V. of the Constitution provides the only route to change – amendment. The process to be followed is long and arduous for a reason, to prevent frivolous changes for some arbitrary reason in support of a momentary agenda being pursued by a political party or other entity focused on benefiting itself.

Article I. Section 2. establishes the amount of time a Member of the House of Representatives is to serve before returning home to take up the life they left in order to serve their constituents. Members of the House are to be chosen every second year. Every second year every member of the House is to be replaced by someone new. There are NO provisions for reelections anywhere in the Constitution or in amendments thereto.

Article I. Section 3. establishes the amount of time a Senator shall
serve, six years. Again, there are no provisions for reelection in the Constitution and there will have to be an amendment to allow them in order for reelections to be constitutional and a rock solid part of the foundation of our country and our system of laws.

Article II. Section 1. Establishes that the Executive Power of the United States shall be vested in the President of the United States. (Here is one of the most important declarative rules in the Constitution, set as if in stone, not to be changed except by amendment as are all other parts of the Constitution) “He shall hold his Office for the Term of four Years, ….”

That one short declaration tells us that (due to traditions at the time of framing) women can not be President (He shall hold his) and that a male president shall seve for one (the) Term of four Years, nothing more. To allow women to be President or hold any other public office and Article V. amendment would have to be ratified giving women equal status with men in every instance. In order for a male president to serve more than one term an Article V. amendment changing Article II. Section 1. will have to be ratified.

The 22nd Amendment is smoke allowing, as well as restricting a President to two four-year terms. The 22nd Amendment does not reference or change Article II. Section 1. making the 22nd Amendment ineffective and in need of repeal because it does not remove the Article II. Section 1. restriction on a President, and Vice President, that each is to serve one four-year Term and no more.

We the People are the United States of America. Government is a non-entity without us. Government exists for us and is controlled by us. Government would not exist without us because it has not shape, no weight, no mass, no temperature, no shadow, no body, and is not visible and viable without the consent of the People to be governed by those we choose to represent our interests in a government structured for us by the framers in the rules therefore cast in stone in our Constitution.

We the People can regain control of, and participate more in the governing of our country by refusing to reelect anyone to any office at any time. We must support the Constitution before all else. It is our duty. We were given the Second Amendment for use in protecting ourselves from our own government shoud it run amok of the Constitution and set off on another course. It has done so. Our time for correction and getting back on course is growing short because the course the enemy within has us on since January 1, 2016, will have the United States incorporated into a “sustainable” World by the year 2030 via United Nations Agenda 2030 to which Obama has obligated the U.S..

Read, people, read and learn and teach others. Rejoin the community of man and become an active participant in your own destiny and help all others to do so as well.

Allen West “Obama’s America: Under his watch, look what’s happened to SCHOOLCHILDREN”

I believe that the wise Benjamin Franklin said it best, “I am for doing good to the poor, but…I think the best way of doing good to the poor, is not making them easy in poverty, but leading or driving them out of it. ~ Allen West

As Written By Allen B. West:

I’m always counting the number of construction cranes when I have my monthly visit to Washington DC. If you haven’t been there recently, check out the southeast section near the Nationals baseball stadium. Business is pretty good in Washington DC and if you didn’t know, a good percentage of the wealthiest counties in the United States surround the nation’s capital. We continue to hear our economy is doing well, and we’ve avoided the “great recession,” thanks to President Obama’s economic policies. I continue to illuminate the point that over his tenure, our average annualized GDP growth has been about 2.1 percent — that folks is anemic, and we cannot consider that to be the new normal.

Yep, some folks will point to the Dow Jones Industrial average as a bright spot but those numbers reflect an artificial economy based on the whims of Federal Reserve Chairman Janet Yellin.

We know about the explosion of Americans on food stamps, and recently I did an op-ed piece addressing their use by our men and women in uniform. Further, the growth of Americans in poverty is staggering.

However, there’s a new assessment that’s absolutely disturbing and mind-numbing. As reported by CNSNews, “The number of homeless students is steadily rising in this country, up 38.44 percent since the 2009-10 school year, based on data submitted by state and local education agencies, including those in the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.

The U.S. Education Department says 1,301,239 homeless students were enrolled in the nation’s public schools in the 2013-14 school year, the most recent year for which numbers are available.

The greatest growth in the most recent school year was seen in preschool-aged children and ninth grade students.

However, there’s another disturbing fact hidden in these numbers.

The nation’s public schools (including D.C. and Puerto Rico) are required by law to provide all children with equal access to education at the elementary and secondary levels, regardless of their immigration status, but the Education Department does not categorize homeless students based on whether they are in the country legally or illegally.

However, high-immigration states such as California, New York and Texas have the largest numbers of homeless students, while Wyoming, Vermont and South Dakota have some of the lowest numbers, based on data compiled for the Education Department by the National Center for Homeless Education.

Notably, Tennessee’s population of homeless students more than doubled year-to-year in 2013-14, increasing 107.15 percent to 29,663 — the largest percentage increase of all the states. As President Obama noted in December 2014, “Nashville’s got one of the fastest-growing immigrant populations in the country.”

On the opposite end of the scale, Alabama recorded a 35 percent year-to-year drop in homeless students in 2013-14 (to 19,266). In 2011, Alabama passed one of the strictest immigration laws in the country. Although HB 56 was largely rejected by the courts, it reportedly accounted for an exodus of illegal aliens.

The number of homeless children should be zero, but the first thing we need to do is close our borders, stem illegal immigration and stop providing so many incentives for people to come here illegally and remain.

But neither should we have homeless American children. Instead of worrying about force-feeding unpopular foods to school kids — and penalties for not …..
