Obama Goes After Two States Who Directly Refuse

His Orders

American News Nov 1, 2015 Obama Goes After Two States Who Directly Refuse His Orders2015-11-01

At the beginning of last week, Montana and Arizona passed bills that could block enforcement of any

future federal gun control measures that the Obama Administration attempts to push.

The measure would prohibit state agencies and employees from assisting the federal government in
enforcing unconstitutional gun laws. House Bill 203 would apply to any action that “prohibits, restricts,
or requires individual licensure for ownership, possession, transfer, or use of any firearm of any magazine
or other ammunition feeding device.”

The bill passed through the House last month with a vote of 58 to 42. This past week, it made it through
the Senate with a vote of 27 to 22. The bill is now headed to the governor’s desk for his signature.

Rep. Wittich claims the bill is necessary in response to Obama’s usurpation of power and recent threats
of executive orders.

Montana is also exploring Senate Bill 143, which would allow for concealed firearms to be carried on
college campuses throughout the state. If that measure were to pass, they would become the eighth
state to introduce such legislation.

What do you think? Do you support these states protecting our Constitutional rights?
