Patriot Act – Don’t allow its extension! It destroys Second Amendment Rights!
Harry Reid will not honor his promise to allow one week of debate and the presentation of amendments before any extension of the Patriot Act would be allowed. Senator Rand Paul presented three amendments and asked for unanimous consent to allow protection of our second amendment rights and Harry Reid would not allow them. Stop Harry Reid from rushing Kagan’s confirmation to the Supreme Court before the August recess.
Vote coming any day, tell your Senators to filibuster Elena Kagan’s confirmation for appointment to the Supreme Court. She is reported to be guilty of rewriting an expert witnesses report in such a way that the Supreme Court voted to overturn Nebraska’s partial-birth abortion ban in 2000. She doesn’t believe that the Constitution is the basis for our laws. Keep her out of the Supreme Court.
