If you fear having an Radio Frequency Identification Device (RFID) chip implanted in your body that will record
everything you do and eventually, be your identity and will control all aspect of your life including your income,
your electricity usage, your use of your private vehicles, your investments, etc. The RFID Chip will also be
loaded with poison or an explosive that will terminate your life if someone in government decides its your
time to die, you make them angry at you, you don’t work hard enough, the cost of your medical care gets too
high, you violate some law or regulation, you get too fat, you have too many children, you don’t vote right and
so on.

The potential for abuse of such an identification system is very high and could be said to be probable with
government that has gotten as large as ours and, thanks to Obama, is still getting larger and more out of
control. Please go read the following article and do some research on your own about the use of RFID
chips implanted in your body that have the power to kill you if you try to remove them or if someone
working for the government is told to end your existence. OR, someone makes a mistake and hits the
wrong button, or there is an error in the code used to pick you for termination, or to end your medical
care, or whatever.

Please write your congressional representatives and tell them to defund the massive construction project
currently underway in Utah that will hold all the computers and memory banks that will be used for
all aspects of controlling our lives and all of the resources we use in our daily lives. We must not allow
that project to be completed. Our very lives and freedoms depend on it.

The Utah project will eventually be used as part of a system to control all of the peoples of the World. The
eventual horror to unfold will be population control by means other than projects like China’s one child
per family. That process is too slow for the Bilderbergers and other nefarious organizations behind
World domination and control. Do some research on the works of Henry Kissinger, Zbiginew Brzezinski,
and the Bilderberg Group. Which, by the way, have just held, or are holding a conference at this time.
I can’t imagine the kinds of crapola they are planning this time. Why not join me in doing some research
and reporting what you find?

Take a read here and see what you think about a possible national ID system that will work more to identify
law abiding citizens than it will illegal immigrants. Ever wonder why the Administration is so hell-bent on
finding out information on American citizens that have done nothing wrong? Its because they do not know
anything about us and it drives them nuts. They cannot control people about which they know nothing.
It takes knowledge about those to be controlled for use in establishing control mechanisms for their plans
to succeed. If we are smart, we will fight to stop the information gathering right now and stop the construction
of control databases in Utah.

Write and call your representatives in Congress and have them stop
the funding for the NSA facility in Utah NOW! Tell them dangers in such databases. Inform them that America
got its bad guys caught without those databases in the past and we can keep on doing so using methods
other than setting up massive control databases that have Worldwide implications for terror and control.

I cannot understand how Americans can sit back and watch the tools of our destruction being built using our
money, right in front of our eyes, and listen to the lies being told us about why these edifices of control are
necessary for our protection and for the protection of those in other countries.

Hello, since when are we responsible for the security of those that are now being called our allies. Egypt is
labeled as an ally, why? That country is controlled by our enemy, Muslims that want us all dead and will
hold Jihad on us the moment they think they have the advantage. We are funding seeds of our own
destruction. What is the matter with the citizens of the United States? Why are they trusting government
that wants to take away all that they have and redistribute it to those that do not deserve it, corrupt leaders
of 3rd World oppressive countries.

Wise up and wise up fast, folks. The United States is being taken away from its citizens. If that happens the
peoples of the World will no longer have a chance of having the freedoms and liberties that we have. Their
model for change will be gone, so will we.

Isn’t a shame that we have become so lazy and self-centered that we cannot even take the time and make
an effort to save ourselves from horrors we won’t take the time to learn about. Dumb, huh?

Read this article and make a firm decision to prevent Muslim control of anything in the United States. Once they
gain an influence anywhere they take over and those that are supposed to be in control become followers and
allow Muslims to exact horrendous acts on citizens without so much as raising a finger to stop them. Why,

Remember, there are no good Muslims. There are Muslims that talk a good story and try to convince us
non-believers that they are peaceful and lawbiding but, that is all an act. Muslims lie under the protection
of “Taqiyya” the right, and need to lie, when confronted by non-believers, in order to advance the cause of
Islam in a country.

Islam is not a religion, it is an ideology that appears to have religious components. Islam is not peaceful, it
does not promote patience and respect of the concerns and needs of others, it shows no compassion for
anyone else’s needs, desires, beliefs. Only the precepts of Islam are acceptable and all other must be destroyed.
No other beliefs can co-exist with Islam. You either believe as they do or you die….period, no exceptions for
anyone. Unless, of course, allowing somethings to go on that would otherwise be considered as unacceptable
will sometimes happen to further the advance of Islam.

GET IT? Muslims are a great and present danger to all non-Muslims the World over. They must be purged from
the U.S. and from all other Judo-Christian countries before it is too late. Send them back to their own countries
where they can practice what ever they want, undisturbed.

Muslims out of our country. This is part of the reason why we need to close our Southern border with Mexico.
Muslims are coming in from there by the hundreds and that has to stop immediately, if not sooner. Muslims

and the White House and make them close the border tightly now, before any more talks about amnesty for
anyone. Until the flow of illegal immigrants is stopped, amnesty will create more problems than it will solve.

Muslim jihadists crush 50 Catholic churches

A Roman Catholic priest reports that 50 out of 52 Catholic Churches in Nigeria’s Maiduguri Diocese have been destroyed.

According to a report by on Shoebat.com, Father Jerome Ituah of Christ the King Catholic Parish in Kurudu said the buildings have been knocked down, but the people are not discouraged.

“You would always see them worshiping under rain and sun in open places at the site of their destroyed places of worship,” Ituah said, according to the report.

Heritage Foundation Africa Analyst Steven Bucci said that the numbers are consistent with the goals of Boko Haram, a jihadist militant group in Nigeria.

“They have been targeting Catholics and evangelicals right along. They are dedicated to spreading Islam by any means, and they prefer the bloodiest ways available,” Bucci said.

News of the destruction of 50 churches follows only weeks after it was reported that a Nigerian general proposed amnesty for some members of Boko Haram.

According to the report, “The national coordinator of Nigeria’s counter-terrorism center said the government is willing to embrace members of the militant group who renounce terrorism, Nigeria’s Daily Trust reported Tuesday.”

The report added, “Nigerian counter-terrorism chief Major Gen. Sarkin-Yaki Bello said the government would adopt some socio-economic measure to address extremism in the north and grant amnesty to members of Boko Haram.”

A report of an amnesty offer stands in sharp contrast to Boko Haram’s rejection of a call for peace. As WND reported last summer, the group answered “no.”

Human rights group International Christian Concern is reporting that gunmen stormed a Nigerian church in the town of Ottie and killed 19 people.

According to witnesses at the church, the method of attack and the tactics closely follow the operational methods of Boko Haram.

In a statement for the press, ICC reported that a Nigerian Christian leader who asked not to be identified put the blame completely on the jihadi group.

“Members of Boko Haram are killing Christians. They want to Islamize the North. Their targets are Christians, the security men and the police. Many Christians have already left the North,” the Christian leader said. “For those of us remaining in the North, we worship under the heavy presence of the military. The time the church was attacked was because the service was held on Monday.”

Bucci added that he’s not sure if the Nigerian government is even willing to stop Boko Haram.

International Christian Concern’s Africa specialist, William Stark, said that while he can’t vouch for the time period, destroying Catholic churches is part of Boko Haram’s method of operation.

“I do believe the recent attacks against Christians and foreigners in Nigeria have told us a lot about Boko Haram. From the outside, it looks like Boko Haram may be fracturing into different groups,” Stark said.

He said a short-lived ceasefire shows a rift in the ranks.

“Last month’s ceasefire agreement showed that there is a fracture between Boko Haram members that are ready to end the insurgency and others that are not willing to call a peace,” Stark said. “Also, this new group (Ansaru) that is targeting foreigners vs. Nigerians shows a new splinter group.”

Stark said changing names or groups won’t end the violence.

“Whether these groups continue to fracture or not, Christians will still be persecuted. There seems to be an agreement between all of the groups that Nigeria’s north shouldn’t allow Christians to exist and worship freely,” Stark said.

Former PLO operative turned Islam analyst and peace activist Walid Shoebat warned, “Look for the Islamic persecution of Christians in Nigeria – courtesy of Boko Haram – to increase.”

Biotechnology is the next big threat to the people of the United States and the
World over. That said, our allowing biotechnology companies to buy legislation
that favors their industry and to perpetuate the terms of those that support them
is ludicrous and anti-American in every respect.

This is why WE must insure that none of those in office today that do not demonstrate
they are Constitutional Conservatives in word and deed are NEVER REELECTED FOR ANY
REASON TO ANY OFFICE. Let’s set term limits for House and Senate that reflect those
provided by the Founders. House one two-year term, Senate one six-year term. No
more!

Here is another case that demonstrates why WE all must insure that everyone in Congress
that does not always demonstrate that they believe and live as a Constitutional Conservative.
Our only hope is to purge Congress of everyone else, no matter who they are or how long they
have been in office.

That is the problem, they have been in office more than the one term our Founders intended
for all of them to serve. Once each elected person completes one term they are supposed to
return home and take up their lives where they left off when they were elected to serve.

This way we get elected officials that have fresh and current knowledge of things that concern
their constituents gained while they were campaigning for the office they won thanks to those constituents.
We get office holders that know that they are only going to serve for one term and then go home. We
lose all the pressure and financial dunning concerned with reelections. No reelections, no expensive
campaigns to endure.

With officials serving only one term we can succeed in having congressional pensions, healthcare, and other
perks done away with all together. I would like to see all congressional benefits done away with all
together. Everyone elected to serve is wealthy in their own right. They should be able to handle the cost
of their own healthcare and continuing the pensions they are building in the job they had before
taking office and will return to after serving their one term. Look at the taxpayer’s money that will be saved
in this way.

Remember to spread the word. Help save America and freedom. DO NOT REELECT ANYONE TO ANY OFFICE!!!

Do not listen to anything candidates say about their not having time to get anything done. Having time to
get something done is what has ruined our country. Each candidate does as much as they can do for their
constituents in the time they have during their one term and then they pass on what they have started to
the next person that will hold the office they vacate. Simple, uncomplicated path to a much smaller
government.

Next, fix the laws we have and stop passing new ones. Instead, review all laws related to a particular
situation, event, incidence, etc. and combine the good aspects and get rid of the bad. We must get rid of
duplicate rules, laws, regulations, et al, in order to reduce the size of our government. Then we have to
stop writing new laws when most of them are not needed because there are already laws that cover the
subject.

PLEASE HELP STOP THIS NOW. DO NOT REELECT ANYONE!!!

The following article concerns assisted suicide for those that want to end their lives early – maybe.
But, Obamacare includes the requirement for everyone over a particular age to have end of life
counseling.

How much do you trust the Obama government? Do you trust them to make decisions for you
concerning your life and your rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness? I hope your trust
is not misplaced because when (if they haven’t already) they put end of life counseling together with
assisted suicide you may not leave the doctor’s office after your end of life counseling.

Cool, huh? Stay really healthy and stay out of doctor’s offices. If you can tough out a problem and
stay away from all doctors you will be better off and live longer. If Obamacare is not done away with
our World is not going to be a good place to live. Obamacare is the master plan for destroying the
U.S. economy and making us all dependent on government. It will take us to the point where each of
us is so bad off that we will willingly give up our freedom for relief.

Society’s acceptance of assisted suicide’s ideology eventually will lead, I predict, to a right to help being made dead for any adult with more than a transitory desire to die–and for any reason. After all, assisted suicide ideology couples radical personal autonomy and total body ownership with a view that killing is an acceptable answer to suffering. Moreover,”suffering” is seen as an entirely subjective concept, meaning it is whatever the sufferer says it is. No judgment allowed.

That being so, how can a “right to be made dead” be limited to the terminally ill, the catastrophically disabled, or indeed, even those experiencing measurable physical symptoms? It can’t. Thus, in Belgium, we have seen a joint euthanasia of an elderly couple who didn’t want to be separated. Ditto, Switzerland. In the Netherlands, a growing number of people with mental illnesses and the aged “tired of life” are being voluntarily killed or assisted in suicide by doctors. Indeed, Netherlander doctors are allowed by an ethics opinion from the Dutch Medical Association (KNMG) to teach patients, who are not legally qualified for euthanasia, how to do the deed themselves!

In Switzerland, a healthy woman who didn’t want to experience the decline of aging but was actually denied assisted suicide, has sued, claiming a doctor should be forced to prescribe for her. The court didn’t do that, but it has ordered the country to create more clarity in its laws about who has the legal right to help being made dead. From the Washington Post story:

The vagueness of Swiss laws “concerning a particularly important aspect of her life was likely to have caused Ms. Gross a considerable degree of anguish,” the court found. And while Swiss laws allow for the possibility of obtaining a lethal dose of a drug on medical prescription, it added, those laws “did not provide sufficient guidelines ensuring clarity as to the extent of this right.”

Note: The absence of clear guidelines was seen as a cause of anguish. That point could easily be read to mean, not having access to suicide itself is an unacceptable cause of suffering–particularly as many non terminally ill people commit assisted suicide at the Swiss clinics already.

If history is any guide, the legal “clarity” will move Switzerland toward even greater ease in accessing assisted suicide than already exists–perhaps even for the unquestionably healthy:

The court said it recognized the issue is a difficult one, but that more specific Swiss laws would help doctors make better informed decisions free of fear of litigation or bad publicity. The Swiss government said in 2010 that sodium pentobarbital could be used in exceptional cases for severe psychological illness.

A year later, the Swiss government dropped plans to impose stricter rules regarding “passive assisted suicide.” The government said the current rules strike a balance between protecting vulnerable individuals and safeguarding their right to self-determination, and new laws could infringe on people’s personal freedoms.

Note where the focus lies–on the first pillar of assisted suicide advocacy. Thus, even though the court didn’t say that Switzerland had to liberalize the law, that is what I predict law makers will do, rather than impose any meaningful restrictions. More liberality equals less protection, equals another big step toward death-on-demand. But that’s what happens in a culture of death.

Here is an example of people that have no education in the rearing of children and the damage they can
cause to young and impressionable minds through their ignorance.

If only they had not tried to label those girls as one thing or another and had taken into consideration the
mental and physical development of each of these girls as well as the normal need to experiment found in
all adolescents the chance for the oldest young woman having her life ruined forever would not be in the
realm of possibility that exists now.

Children in their teenage years reach sexual maturity much sooner than they mature mentally. Thus,
hormones and associated feelings ofter run amok causing those experiencing them embarrassment,
confusion, a need for affection, a need to share, and most importantly, curiosity about anything and e
verything having to do with personal relationships. They are known to have this question on their minds
frequently; I wonder what it would be like to …..? I suggest that the 18 year old in this case may be a late
bloomer in her adolescence and her young female friend in awe because she has an 18 year old female
friend showing an interest in her. The physical part, if there was one, was more than likely curiosity on
the part of both girls. Such physical contact when experienced by young, innocent and experimenting
children can exciting, intense and sweet in its innocence. The whole experience only adds to the confusion
and curiosity because each new experience brings more new feelings as a seemingly never ending list of questions.

Parental understanding and wise explanations of what the individuals are experiencing is the best
solution to this problem. Understanding and wise, unbiased explanations will allow the girls to come
to their own conclusions about themselves and their feelings.

Most likely, after they have experienced a period of closeness and learned from experimentation what
they needed to find out about themselves and such a relationship, their lives would take a turn, in one
way or another, that would, as millions of others having these experiences have found out, end up just fine.

Leave them alone and get the heck out of their way and let them grow up themselves. Just be there to
answer any and all questions they may ask, honestly and without bias. Things will be just fine.

Naming these girls as this or that and blaming one for doing something to another while experiencing
normal and natural development is a sad mistake that will taint one young woman’s life forever, for
nothing. What a waste!!!

We can thank the purposeful changes made in our society by politicians with agenda similar to those
held by the Obama administration for what is happening to these girls, and, for the lack of education
and understanding displayed by both sets of parents. The changes in the way we think and the
downgrading of the education that people receive in public schools has been slowly taking place for
years, since before Jimmy Carter was elected. This is how ideologies are implemented, while people
are not paying close attention to what their government is doing. Wake the hell up people!

Wake up all those people that walk around with their heads up their asses, tinkering with their iphones
and playing with their computers. Tell them we have a government and what this government will
do to them in short order if they don’t wake the hell up and pay attention to something besides
themselves and their having fun. Fun is the reward for doing what you are supposed to do. It is not
supposed to be an all day every day experience.

Controversial underage lesbian sex case heads to trial

The incredibly sensitive story of a Florida teen being charged with having a same-sex relationship with her underage girlfriend has gripped the entire country with its tremendous legal implications.

Indian River County teenager Kaitlyn Hunt rejected a deal from prosecutors Friday that would have had her plead guilty to felony child abuse in exchange for two years of house arrest and one year of probation. Now, the case will head to trial, with Hunt facing up to 15 years in prison and mandatory registration as a sex offender.

Hunt, 18, was charged with two felony counts of lewd and lascivious battery on a child 12 to 16 years old for engaging in a consensual relationship with her then 14-year-old girlfriend.

Florida’s 2007 “Romeo and Juliet” law, which prevents 18-year-olds from having to register as sex offenders if they had consensual sex with children aged 15 to 17, doesn’t apply in this case because of the age of the girlfriend.

Hunt’s family and thousands upon thousands of “Stop the hate, free Kate” supporters believe she is being unfairly prosecuted for being a lesbian.

“Our client is a courageous teenager who is choosing not to accept the current plea offer by the State of Florida,” Hunt’s attorney Julia Graves said in a statement. “This is a situation of two teenagers who happen to be of the same sex involved in a relationship. If this case involved a boy and girl, there would be no media attention to this case.”

Graves continued:

Our client is a model citizen. She has been placed in an environment of school with her classmates where they go to school together, have lunch together, and play on the same team and are allowed to have communication and contact without barriers. Then when something develops between the two as a result of this environment created by the state, it leads to criminal prosecution.

If this incident occurred 108 days earlier when she was 17, we wouldn’t even be here.

The unnamed girlfriend’s parents said this isn’t about their daughter being a lesbian. Hunt, they said, took their daughter’s innocence and “there deserves some type of punishment for that,” the father told CBS 12 News. They claim that after warning Hunt twice to stay away from their daughter, they ultimately turned to authorities.

The girl’s parents, Laurie and Jim Smith, spoke exclusively to CBS 12 Friday in an effort to defend themselves against protestors and critics who call them gay bashers. They say they stand by their decision to press charges against Hunt even after learning the case will head to trial and their now-15-year-old daughter will have to take the witness stand.

“They know there will be protestors,” CBS 12 reported. “They know there will be a media frenzy, and they know the threats and name calling against them will continue.”

The girlfriend’s father called it “a private family matter” that has “turned into a media circus.”

“How would you feel if somebody came into your house and turned your life upside down?” the father asked.

As the mother of three teenaged daughters who met my own husband, then 18, when I was 15, this story has me wanting to ask the girlfriend’s parents: What in the world were you thinking would happen when you turned to the police? What good can come out of putting your daughter through this?

But the law is the law, and a felony conviction with prison time and sex offender status very well may be Hunt’s future.

“This is a life sentence for behavior that is all too common, whether male, female, gay, straight,” attorney Graves said in a press conference Wednesday. “High school relationships may be fleeting, but felony convictions are forever.”

   What “tremendous legal implications”? This isn’t about gay or straight; it’s about an adullt having sex with a 14-year-old. “Stop the hate, free Kate”? No. How about “if a child you nail, you’re going to jail”?

   Who is the responsible party that turned this private family matter into a media circus? Was it someone trying to capitalize on the situation to push their agenda? Is it possible that this someone feels Ms. Hunt is being treated unfairly? The law is the law regardless if the perpetrator is gay or straight. Doesn’t the gay and transgender community jump at every chance to cry afoul when they are not treated the same as heterosexuals? It seems that only applies when it works in their favor but not when they are held accountable under a law that makes no mention of sexual preference. I have no doubt if the perpetrator was a man the state would be prosecuting. If there is any example of a double standard, just look at all of the female teachers that have sex with underage male students and walk away with a slap on the wrist compared to when the perpetrator is a male teacher preying on a female student. If a female teacher was to have sex with an underage female student Ms. Graves would use her same argument she makes for this case. Then she has the audacity to blame her client’s behavior on the school system? Another check mark in the “it’s not my fault” column and another example as to why there is no more personal accountability. Where is the equal prosecution and punishment under the law? The real crime would have been if the parents of the 14 year old girl had not come forward because they didn’t want to be labeled as gay bashers, which of course is exactly what happened.    Children in their teenage years reach sexual maturity much sooner than they mature mentally. Thus, hormones and associated feelings ofter run amok causing those experiencing them embarrassment, confusion, a need for affection, a need to share, and most importantly, curiosity about anything and everything having to do with personal relationships. They are known to have this question on their minds frequently; I wonder what it would be like to …..? I suggest that the 18 year old in this case may be a late bloomer in her adolescence and her young female friend in awe because she has an 18 year old female friend showing an interest in her. The physical part, if there was one, was more than likely curiosity on the part of both girls. Such physical contact when experienced by young, innocent and experimenting children can exciting, intense and sweet in its innocence. The whole experience only adds to the confusion and curiosity because each new experience brings more new feelings as a seemingly never ending list of questions.

   Parental understanding and wise explanations of what the individuals are experiencing is the best solution to this problem. Understanding and wise, unbiased explanations will allow the girls to come to their own conclusions about themselves and their feelings.

   Most likely, after they have experienced a period of closeness and learned from experimentation what they needed to find out about themselves and such a relationship, their lives would take a turn, in one way or another, that would, as millions of others having these experiences have found out, end up just fine.

   Leave them alone and get the heck out of their way and let them grow up themselves. Just be there to answer any and all questions they may ask, honestly and without bias. Things will be just fine.

   Naming these girls as this or that and blaming one for doing something to another while experiencing normal and natural development is a sad mistake that will taint one young woman’s life forever, for nothing. What a waste!!!

Our Creator is the only source of our rights!!! Government cannot give us rights when they think we should have
something that gives them an advantage over us. Why, because anything the government gives anyone the government
can take away again.

Our Creator gave us the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. He also gave us the right of self-preservation,
a right he holds himself and since he created man in his own image, passed the right on to us all. Our Founders knew
this and gave us the second amendment to allow us to keep and bear arms to protect our lives, liberties, and our
pursuits of happinesses and for our self-preservation in the face of adversities. Especially those forced upon us by
those in government that think they have the power to grant us rights.

The government has begun to think they are more powerful than Our Creator. THAT IS DANGEROUS!!! THAT IS WRONG!!

It is up to each of us to care for himself/herself, make the right choices in our lives and learn from the bad choices. It is
up to each of us to care for those in our families that need our help. It is also up to each of us to help those in our
communities that are “truly” in need of our help. It is not the business of government to pick us up and dust us off when
we make mistakes and suffer the results thereof. The government is rapidly assuming the role of our protector. We must
not allow them to do this or we will find them to also be our executioners.

The only role that government must play is carrying out the will of the People they represent as representatives of those
whom elected them to those posts. These “public servants” have to be ever aware of changes in our World and our
Society and respond to the changing needs of their constituents brought about changes in their environments. Those
elected cannot plod on assuming conditions will remain the same as they were at the time of their election. If the People
tell them to change what they are doing, that is what they must do, that which their constituents tell them to do.

All branches and offices in our governments have run amok with power and illusions of self-importance. None of them
stand alone as important. They are only important as part of the whole of the United States Government of The People,
by The People and For The People and may they never perish from this Earth.

HELP FIX OUR GOVERNMENT BY LIMITING THE TERMS OF ALL OF THOSE THAT SERVE TO ONE TERM – UNLESS – A PERSON
CONTINUALLY DEMONSTRATES. THROUGH WORD AND DEED, THAT THEY ARE ALWAYS STRICT CONSTITUTIONAL CONSERVATIVES
IN THOUGHT, DEED, AND ACTION. ALL OF THE REST MUST GO STARTING IN 2014 NO MATTER HOW GOOD YOUR, OR THEY,

Obama is breaking every rule and every law and no-one is stopping him. What the hell is the matter with
Americans today. Right now this is still our country and The People are supposed to be in charge of the
government. Why are we not telling the government Hell No we do not want things and making them
honor our demands.

The government is not in control. Don’t let them continue to tell you that it is. If we don’t start jumping up
and down and yelling and screaming about what we want and do not want we are going to get screwed big
time and we will have no-one but ourselves to blame.

Our most important duty right now is to insure that NO-ONE GETS REELECTED THAT IS NOT A STRICT
CONSTITUTIONAL CONSERVATIVE IN WORD AND DEED. EVERYONE THAT IS NOT MUST GO IN 2014 AND AS
SOON AFTER THAT AS POSSIBLE.

DO NOT ELECT OR REELECT ANYONE NOT A PROVEN CONSTITUTIONAL CONSERVATIVE IN MIND AND DEED!

Here is a great time to stand up and be counted as well as a good assignment for the future. Obama will
sign the U.N. Small Arms Treaty which, if ratified by the Senate, will allow foreign countries run by corrupt
governments to control our access and use of firearms. It will infringe on our Constitutional rights no matter
what the Administration tells us. We must fight to insure that U.S. citizens are not subjected to foreign
control. We lose our sovereignty if that happens.

Raise Hell about Obama not being held responsible for what is happening today. Ignorance is no excuse!
He is the leader, he is responsible for knowing about everything that goes on during his watch. He has
thousands of people working for him whose job it is to advise him about everything and report him for
not following the rules.

We must not allow Obama to isolate himself from responsibility. He is responsible, period! All acts of
subordinates are the responsibility of the person in charge of them. No excuses. IF they do something
wrong it is the leaders job to know about it and fix it, taking actions necessary to see that the situation
does not continue or arise again.

Obama Administration to Sign U.N. Arms Trade Treaty

“In the Very Near Future”

As we reported last month, on April 2, the United Nations General Assembly voted 153-4 to pass the Arms Trade Treaty, with the United States voting in favor and several countries abstaining. The vote in the General Assembly pushed the treaty process forward after negotiations twice failed to deliver on the goal of developing the treaty by consensus. The Obama Administration is expected to sign the treaty soon after it is opened for signature on June 3.

According to a May 16 Amnesty International article, a senior US diplomat–Assistant Secretary of State Thomas Countryman–has confirmed the U.S. government will be quick to sign the new treaty. According to the article, Countryman said on Wednesday that the United States would sign the ATT “in the very near future.”

If the deeply problematic treaty is signed, the fight will move to the U.S. Senate, where the Obama administration would need to find 67 senators to ratify the treaty.

Of course, anti-gun Amnesty International approves of the treaty and is advocating its signing and ratification. In addition, Amnesty International has gone so far as to claim that the treaty will not affect “domestic gun control regulations.”

On the contrary, the ATT does indeed threaten the rights and privacy of American gun owners. Signatories will be encouraged to keep information on the “end users” of arms imported into their territory and supply such information to the exporting country. Exporting nations, nearly all of which have civilian firearm control regimes far harsher than the U.S., will be encouraged to take the firearm control laws of an importing country into account before approving a transfer of arms. And the treaty also encourages states to adopt domestic legislation to facilitate the treaty’s onerous requirements.A majority of senators have already made clear their opposition to ratifying the ATT. On March 23, 53 senators endorsed an amendment to the Senate Budget Resolution for Fiscal Year 2014, “establish[ing] a deficit neutral fund” to oppose United States entrance into the treaty. Additionally, Sen. Jerry Moran (R-Kans.), along with 32 cosponsors, has put forth a concurrent resolution expressing the Senate’s opposition to the ATT, as it “fails to expressly recognize the fundamental, individual right to keep and to bear arms and the individual right of personal self-defense… and thus risks infringing on freedoms protected by the Second Amendment.”

Unfortunately, once a treaty has been signed, it normally remains available for the Senate to ratify in perpetuity, unless a later president withdraws from it. This means that American gun owners must remain vigilant in ensuring this treaty is never ratified. The NRA will continue to keep gun owners up to date on any movement toward ratification, and will work with our allies in the Senate to ensure the treaty remains unratified.

You don’t want your children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren going to school under the rules
of Common Core where teacher and student records become public, where curriculum is standard throughout
the U.S., children will lose their individualism, children will lose individual learning experiences with their
teachers, and one size fits all.

Every situation will be the same for every student, no ifs ands or buts.

The Federal Government is in a big hurry to enact Common Core nation-wide. When the government is in a
hurry to do anything about which we are not fully aware first, it will always result in another fiasco like Obamacare
which is not working, and which has grown in scope by over a thousand more pages of things no-one understands.
Obamacare is scheduled to hammer each of us on January 1, 2014. Hopefully, efforts to remove all aspects of
Obamacare, with our help, will be successful.

Common Core, like Obamacare, has not been thought through and many questions remain unanswered and
we must demand answers before serious consideration of anything that allows the government total control
of any aspect of our lives. NOTE: we should never give the government total control of any aspect of our lives.
When control comes in freedom is lost – remember that always. We must protect our ability to make choices
about all aspects of our lives and those of our children and to enjoy the results of OUR decisions, good or bad.

Protecting us from ourselves is not the business of government. Controlling what children learn and how they
learn is a parent’s responsibility, not the government’s. Every time the government takes one of your responsibilities
you lose control of your influence in your child’s development. Once you lose your influence in your child’s education
to the government nothing is to stop the government from stopping your church’s influence on their development.
Then home schooling will be outlawed as it is in all countries where the government is in control, not the People.

Government control of education a is very important part of changing a country’s ideology. Hitler used it to make
children think that when their parents said something that sounded as if it were against Hitler and his government
that they had to report it to their teachers. This more often than not, led to the parent’s being arrested and
indefinitely detained and never heard of again. Do you want to have to watch everything you say around your
children so that they won’t report you and bring about your untimely demise. Children are easy to influence when
young and explaining to them that the government is more important than their parents would not be hard to
do by repeating it over and over again. Remember now, you can no longer speak out in your own defense for fear
of being arrested. You can only shut up and hope for something better. Hope you stashed your guns and ammo.

Please act now to stop Common Core in Missouri and the rest of the U.S.. The best thing that could happen is to
have the U.S. Department of Education closed down. Education must be up to parents and state and local school
boards. No central government involvement must be allowed.

Congressman Luetkemeyer Letter to US DoED

Congressman Blaine Luetkemeyer (R-MO) has written, and is gathering co-signers in Washington for, a letter expressing serious concerns with the manner in which the US Department of Education has involved itself with Common Core standards. The letter also notes the highly irregular process used to change the Congressional FERPA allowing the sharing of individual student records. The letter was written with the oversight of the House Education & Workforce Committee and already has interest from republican representatives in UT, IN, KS, MN, MI and even a democrat in IL.

Our understanding from Congressman Luetkemeyer’s staff is that Common Core is a very hot topic in DC. That must mean we are on the right path in opposing it.

able to influence its direction because they illegal immigrant votes added to the already large number of Democratic voters will far surpass the number of votes Conservative Constitutionalists could possibly raise.

We cannot allow further empowerment of DHS. They need to follow existing laws and clean up the dereliction of duty Obama has perpetrated in his refusing to “protect our borders.”

Those of you that like Hillary Clinton need to remember a couple of things. One – Bill Clinton, when President, enacted NAFTA (North American Free Trade Act) which opened the doors to the migration of American businesses (and jobs) out of the U.S. In fact, if I remember correctly, sending business to Mexico was a requirement. Businesses that had components of their end products made in Mexico could still say the products were made in the U.S. if final assembly of the product, from Mexican made components, was completed in the U.S.

NAFTA gutted the clothing and textile industries in the U.S. and put millions of textile workers out of jobs. Over the years after NAFTA U.S. textile industries continued to be moved out of the U.S. until there is little of that industry left today. I hope someone tries really hard to rebuild the Clothing and Textile (C&T) industries in America before the expertise of unemployed workers is lost.

Immigration Bill Expands Authority Of DHS Empire, Allows Big Sis To Overrule Enforcement

If the immigration reform bill before the Senate passes, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Janet Napolitano will gain the power to pre-empt the enforcement efforts of the Nation’s Immigration and Customs officers on a case-by-case basis.

In a letter submitted to Congress Thursday by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Council of the Nation’s largest Federal employees’ union, along with nearly 30 county sheriffs from across the country, the law enforcement community called upon lawmakers to object to language in the bill that would give DHS appointees far-reaching discretionary powers that would undermine the efforts of on-the-ground agents who make arrests in accordance with the law:

Congress can and must take decisive steps to limit the discretion of political appointees and empower ICE and CBP [Customs and Border Protection] to perform their respective missions and enforce the laws enacted by Congress. Rather than limiting the power of those political appointees within DHS, S. 744 [the bill] provides them with nearly unlimited discretion, which will serve only to further cripple the law enforcement missions of these agencies.

…Unfortunately, S. 744 provides no guarantee of increased border security. Instead, it relinquishes Congress’ authority to establish border security measures to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which will then develop its own unilateral border security plan.

… The degree to which this legislation tolerates both past and future criminal activities ensures legalization and a path to citizenship for many criminal aliens and gang members currently residing in the United States.

What kind of “unlimited discretion” would pass from enforcement agents, working under Congress’s authority, to Big Sis?

• The power to waive misdemeanor criminal convictions (which, in some States, can include assault, DUI and vehicular homicide) for purposes of determining an illegal’s “Registered Provisional Immigrant” status.
• The discretion to open legal eligibility to illegals who have committed document fraud and evaded court-ordered removal hearings.
• Giving the DHS Secretary discretion to pardon any crime that would make an applicant ineligible, if that applicant can claim family unity, a humanitarian need or any other mitigating factor that the Secretary, according to her own definition, “believes is in the public interest.”
• Granting the DHS Secretary “sole and unreviewable discretion” to deem eligible any illegal who previously has been deported — even though the bill states that deportees aren’t otherwise eligible even to apply for legal status.

After fighting over the significance of Republicans’ demands to put border security ahead of any policy reform, the Senate Judiciary Committee rejected a GOP-led effort Thursday that would have included language intended to slow the path to legal residence for those immigrants already living in the U.S. illegally.

After fighting over the significance of Republicans’ demands to put border security ahead of any policy reform, the Senate Judiciary Committee rejected a GOP-led effort Thursday that would have included language intended to slow the path to legal residence for those immigrants already living in the U.S. illegally.
