Senator Diane Feinstein Aims to Shoot Down the Constitution of the United States

It took Senator Diane Feinstein years, but bolstered by Barack Obama’s 23 unconstitutional imperial degrees, and a shameful exploitation of a national tragedy, Feinstein is aiming to make her gun-grabbing dreams come true…If we don’t take immediate action to stop it, it will happen!

According to NewsMax.com, “White House adviser David Plouffe… believes President Barack Obama has sufficient votes in Congress to pass gun-control legislation,” and Plouffe went on to boast “this is the moment,” as he spoke of the need and the willingness on the part of “more Republicans in Congress to think like Republicans… who are seeking compromise” with the radical Obama agenda.

“If I could have gotten 51 votes in the Senate of the United States for an outright ban, picking up every one of them – Mr. and Mrs. America turn ‘em all in – I would have done it.” -Senator Dianne Feinstein “ Senator Feinstein has a concealed-carry permit and carries a firearm. She is a Progressive and thinks she is above any laws applicable to the common People and does not have to turn in her gun. The People must demand that any law passed concerning The People must be equally applicable to everyone in the United States with no exceptions. No-one without a gun will ever be safe as long as others are able to have guns, legally or illegally. That is why the Founders provided for each of us to keep and bear arms, which “shall” not be infringed.

Feinstein herself went on CNN on Saturday and declared that her gun-grab will pass. The left isn’t heeding what the pundits are saying… they’re moving forward with confidence.

Our Founding Fathers Understood Tyranny. It’s Time For Elected Officials In Washington To Understand What Constitutes Tyranny.

Before we go any further, let’s make one thing clear. This Obama-inspired gun-grab is nothing less than an attempt to impose tyranny on the people of the United States.

The pundits and self-proclaimed experts can continue to sugar-coat the matter all they want… we won’t, and our Founding Fathers understood that the Second Amendment was a safeguard against tyranny.

There’s no room for doubt when it comes to the warnings of our founders and there’s no room for doubt when it comes to the Obama-Feinstein gun-grab.

Please contact your Congressional representatives and tell them to filibuster any bill presented in the House and Senate that supports Feinstein’s attempts to grab our guns or at least put severe limits on which guns we can have and what kinds of magazines we can own to support their use. Possibly, how much ammunition we may own for use in those guns.

I don’t know what those in Congress don’t understand about their oaths of office, which, when they took that oath, they swore to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution against all enemies, both foreign and domestic. The Second Amendment is part of the Constitution as part of our Bill of Rights.

The Constitution is the basis upon which our country has been built. It is the basis of our system of laws which have been overburdened with unnecessary additions over past administrations. The Constitution cannot be changed by government but it is not theirs to change. It belongs to The People, not to the government which is a product of The People, designed to do the work of The People who are too numerous to manage our country themselves.

We were given the freedom to elect the persons that we feel to be the best suited to perform the duties to which The People have entrusted them to accomplish according to the will of The People. Those elected must perform their duties in accordance with the instructions The Founders included in the Constitution. Nowhere will anyone find within the Constitution, the right of those entrusted to govern, the power to change the rules by which they are to exercise the duties of the offices to which they were elected. Nor will they find permissions, or pathways, for changing the wording or the meaning of the wording in the Constitution.

The Constitution can be legally amended using the procedures provided by the Founders. Any amendment requires the approval of three-fourths of the States before it can take effect. This tells us that all other attempts to change our God Given Rights should be considered act of treason because they are aimed at weakening the United States which, in a weakened condition, will be seriously exposed to attack by our enemies, both foreign and domestic (Progressives).

We must act by telling our members of the Senate to filibuster all attempts to pass legislation that is aimed at weakening the Constitution. Especially those attempts that will leave The People unable to defend themselves with similar defensive capabilities of those that are want to attack us from within and from without. The most likely source of physical attacks is from within at this time.

If The People are able to put up a defense nearly equal to any possible offensive attempts to disable them, The People have a strong deterrent to being attacked. We must maintain that deterrent at all costs!!

Please do your part and demand filibusters of all acts aimed at weakening are ability to resist tyranny.
