Hi Folks,
Let’s work together to have a law passed that will restore our nation and quickly.
I am not a lawyer so I am not going to try speaking in legalese.
The law is quite simple in fact.
I propose that we pass a law that makes it a crime for anyone in any branch of our
government to pass, or attempt to pass any sort of legislation, regulation, mandate, edict, or executive order that
alters any part of the Constitution as legally amended, or establishes a path to altering the Constitution as legally amended or any part thereof sometime in the future.
The basis of the system of laws in the United States of America is the United States Constitution as legally amended. The
Constitution, as written and legally amended, shall stand as written and legally amended and shall not be changed, ridiculed,
maligned, or otherwise defaced and/or discounted by anyone elected to, or appointed to public office in and for the People
of the United States, including the President, his cabinet, and other members of the Administrative Branch; the Legislative Branch
to include the majority/minority leaders of the House and Senate; and, the Judicial Branch including every Justice and all of their
staff and advisers. No actual or apparent conflicts of interest will be tolerated between any/all of the Justices and any person and/or
initiative involving any elected person, appointed person, or other person even remotely connected to any case brought before the Supreme Court.
In short, the United States Constitution is the basis of our system of laws and specifically grants citizens certain rights provided by
the Creator. Since many currently in elected, and appointed positions in our government have forgotten that they are their because
The People put them there for the express purpose of representing them and their views/opinions throughout the processes of
government. It is my opinion that when elected/appointed officials start acting without express input from constituents indicating
that they are in agreement with the actions said officials want to take, said officials will be deemed to be acting on their own
initiatives and furthering their own objectives without the consent of the people and shall be reprimanded. After said representative gets three reprimands they will be removed from public office.
I get so sick and tired of hearing those in Washington, D.C. act as if they are God’s gift to the United States and an authority on the
topics in which they involved. No-one asked them to be an authority on anything, just advise their constituents of what is happening
and act in accordance with the majority of them that offer their feedback. If twenty people respond to an advisory and twelve of them
are in agreement with the proposed action then that representative must act according to the desires of the majority of respondents.
If none of the constituents advised respond with their opinion then that representative will abstain from voting on the issue at hand.
The law I propose should also make English the official language of the United States; that the President has only the basic powers provide
by the Constitution and none other. That the President and all members of his administration as well as every member of the House and
Senate will each face stiff penalties for failure to totally protect and defend every aspect of the Constitution as it was written and is amended.
If you are following what is happening in Washington, DC, right now and over the past several years you will see that everyone in office
promises us a rose garden and what we end up with is the fertilizer. Right now, all three of my representatives are tooting their own
horns trying to get re-elected, bragging about how much they are doing for Missouri farmers and the like. At this time, who the heck
cares about what the farmers get….not me. The farmers can wait until the attacks on the United States of America and its Constitution, being made by the enemy within, are brought to an end.
Have you sent an email to any member of Congress? Do you remember seeing the Constitution, or constitutionally related topics, in
the list of things you have to choose from to indicate the topic of your concerns? How about a topic such as “My Performance” or
“Support of my constituency”? I think topics that facilitate your telling them how they are doing/no doing what you voted them into
office to do? These topics must be added to the list for each and every member of Congress and the Administration.
Again, ever send an email to one of them and have to first enter your zip code to indicate that you are in their district before you can
communicate with them. That is bull crap. Once elected they each must serve all of the people of the United States not just those in their
district in their home state. Everyone in the U.S. must be allowed access to all members of Congress and the Administration without limits or restrictions.
Please join me in hounding your representatives to add the missing topics into the lists of choices on their websites. Most of all, tell
them to start acting responsibly and stand up to the President and his illegal cabinet and stop everything he does that does not pass the newspaper test (exposure to public opinion).
Rumor has it that before this summer is over riots and disturbances will start in our big cities across the nation led by Louis Farakhan’s
radical Muslims, unions, ACORN and other crappo organizations that support the overthrow of our American way of life. These uprisings
will be far worse than anything that has happened in America in the past. A great many people will die and $Millions worth of infrastructure
will be ruined. These riots will continue to grow in intensity and savagery and spread from the cities to rural areas until those that survive
will start pleading from the government to save them from the horror and return life to something more peaceful.
Then the people will willingly give up their freedom in exchange for promises of an end to the atrocities. Obama will then have the
national emergency he needs to invoke NPSD 51 and NHSD 20 for the continuity of government wherein he can send Congress home
and disband the Supreme Court and become the unilateral leader, the only voice in charge of America’s future. Hah, there will be no
future for America or Americans. We will become part of the New World Order and our natural and technological resources will be
plundered and dispersed around the World to corrupt governments that will squander it all for no good. All the peoples of the World,
except for the rich elites, will be slaves forced to work until we drop for barely enough to survive.
Don’t forget, Obama has already gotten the power to arrest Americans for no reason, and hold them, without trial, for undetermined
periods of time. This, folks, could be forever. Look up some history about “Gulags”. They were death camps and that sort of thing will
spring to life in the U.S. where everyone that does no suck up and go along with the government will end up. Detention centers have
been built of inactive government facilities all over the U.S. and some are reported to have the ability to cremate large numbers of
human bodies. We may see Hitler’s death camps reborn in the U.S.. Is this what you want to see happen? Do you want family members
arrested to never be seen again? It will happen if you don’t stop it in any way that you can.
Time to act appears much shorter than thought possible. Get ready and support anyone and everyone that stands to protect themselves
from the events to come. In their so doing they will help protect you and your loved ones.
