ILLEGAL ALIENS ALLOWED TO STEAL BILLIONS EVERY YEAR THRU TAX LOOPHOLE

I want an investigation of tax fraud in the United States that is being perpetuated by the IRS under the guise that they cannot do anything about stopping it unless authorized by Congress. Well, I am calling on you to get Congress to take immediate action stop fraud against the American taxpayer at the rate of billions of dollars each year.

Channel 13 Eyewitness News in Indiana is in the midst of an investigation into this fraud wherein millions of undocumented workers are getting massive refunds of $1,000.00 per child using the “Additional Child” claim form when filing income taxes under their ITIN, an individual taxpayer identification number.

A 9-digit ITIN number issued by the IRS provides both resident and nonresident aliens with a unique identification number that allows them to file tax returns.

This is America and its for Americans and those that are here legally. Illegal aliens are neither American or here legally and deserve no help what so ever. Its unfortunate that their children are involved, but its their parents’ responsibility to see to their welfare, not ours.

There is no statute of limitations on murder and there should be none on illegal invasion of the U.S. by people that take it on themselves to do so. Its a crime, perpetrators are criminals and remain such for their lives unless they return home and come back to the U.S. by legal means. That means that their children are also here illegally whether they were born here or not. All must be deported because our laws must be respected and our citizens must be protected from the negative impact these people cause.
